These three shots run continuously together one after the other towards the end of the film opening. The problem we faced was that lights only flickered on the first and third shot. So, in editing, I managed to insert a strobe to the second clip. By changing the times the strobe was present and the pace of which it turned on and off I could give the illusion that lights were flickering.
After rendering the film however, we noticed that the screens used in editing made the footage appear darker, this has effected our final outcome as on normal screens the footage still looks fairly light.
